CRM for facebook and Google ads

I’m partnering with a few referral partners for Facebook and Google ads. I’m wondering if there’s a CRM that will pull the contact data from Facebook and Google and add them to the CRM.

Hopefully the CRM has campaigns that we can build automatic follow-up through text, email and, ring less voicemails.
