I’m considering building a CRM that provides greater customer insights..
I find that most salespeople don’t really utilize CRMa for their optimal needs and simply see it as a logging tool.
The biggest gap I see is the lack of customer insights. If I have a contact name whether it be a decision maker, influencer, ally, etc, I don’t have any information about the person aside from a job title.
I’d like to see greater details. Individuals job history, education, interests, food preferences, anything that gives me as much info about individuals as possible.
Is there a tool that does this today?
