I've been investigating off-the-shelf CRM solutions as a possible way to implement our customer's requirements.
They essentially want a customer-driven onboarding flow, so provide the customer with a list of requirements like the information they need to provide and associated documents they need to attach.
So far I've had a look at MS Dynamics, with a Power Apps Portal or possibly custom Asp.Net application for this flow.
Now I'm trying to understand if SalesForce offers anything like this. Would I be right in my understanding that it would also be something external, like for example a custom application, Power Apps Portal or something similar hitting an API of theirs?
