I have a few years experience in supporting CRM applications like Siebel and Salesforce in the corporate environment. I'm an IT contractor and do helpdesk/support roles. I've secured an interview whereby the requirement is to build an HR CRM tool using ZOHO over a couple of months, for a small family owned company.
I am technically knowledgeable, a good 'all-rounder', however I feel I may be out my depth when it comes to building something out the box. Before I download the tool, I wondered if I could seek any advice that would help me secure this role and achieve the plan.
