C3.ai announced their new C3 AI CRM offering in partnership with Microsoft and Adobe this week. The product signals a new step in a long-running relationship between C3.ai and Microsoft. A few months earlier, the companies announced that C3.ai had deployed Dynamics 365 Sales and Teams internally to streamline sales operations and boost collaboration. And the company has long been an Azure partner, deploying their industry-focused AI-based solutions on the Microsoft cloud. (They also partner with AWS, Google Cloud, and others.)
The strengths of C3 AI CRM, according to the company, will be its industry-specific predictive models that augment standard features of Dynamics 365 and Adobe Experience Cloud. Verticals addressed by the solution will include financial services, oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, telecommunications, public sector, healthcare, defense, intelligence, automotive, and aerospace.
