C3.ai is launching C3 AI CRM, a new industry-focused CRM offering built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrated with Adobe Experience Cloud.

C3 AI CRM will provide industry-specific data models from C3.ai and pre-built AI-features for CRM users, the companies stated. Target industry vertical markets initially include financial services, oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, telecommunications, public sector, healthcare, defense, intelligence, automotive, and aerospace.

The companies will set up dedicated sales teams for the offering, they stated, with a global enterprise focus. The product is offered in combination with Dynamics 365, with Adobe Experience Cloud sold separately.

The strength of C3 AI CRM, according to the company, will be its ability to unify high volumes of structured and unstructured data from enterprise and extraprise sources to provide organizations with a range of insights in the sales process “from contact to cash.”
