Funneling Wife’s bakery communications into a crm ?

Small business, manage orders coming in from :

phone calls sms facebook/instagram chat email

How do I capture all that?

I'm considering using Woocommerce for the flexibility (I'm stronger on the tech side than the marketing…)

I would like to track my sales and content efforts as well.

Anyone know of a modern bakery platform. I've found a few but none of them are SAAS.

Can Pipedrive handle something like that?
