Our lighting service business has about 1000 customers. We use a Trello board as a makeshift database loaded up with all our customers and their history. When a service call comes in, we move a customers card from the "Database" board to the "Active Service" board for the field crew to schedule and have the customers history handy. When the job is finished we move the updated card back into the "Database" board. This actually works ok but I would prefer to have an actual CRM so my crews can have all the relevant customer data handy but also does all the other crm stuff. We have another Trello board to track leads n such also. Is there a CRM that interacts with trello or should i just roll with this?
