We're a newly formed team of Business Relationship Managers within an IT function in a higher education institution. We act as internal business partners and "sell" our IT products and services.
So far we're using OneNote (gasp!) to take meeting notes and follow up on actions/conversations via emails and calls. We're currently tracking these via our internal job ticketing system, but is there a better way for this? I have suggested Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the past but was told this is unsuitable for our needs as this is a 'case management' product.
Any input, comments and advice are much appreciated!
