I have recently started working at a startup and I was tasked with some inside sales activities with multiple sources of leads – offline, website, emails, events, lead generation content… I had to incorporate lead capturing [from multiple platforms], lead qualification, lead status, notes, and communications.
Initially, pretty much everything was being done manually, but then I stumbled across no-code CRM development. This meant I could automate all of this for once and for all.
