K3 Business Technology Group’s Dynamics 365 UK practice files for administration

K3 Business Technology Group has filed for administration for its UK-based Dynamics 365 practice. The decision comes amid a round of borrowing by the larger business of £6m. The decision does not impact K3’s Dynamics practices outside the UK.

According to a report, the unit had generated losses and was expected to continue to do so given the uncertainties created by the coronavirus crisis. The board stated:

As a result, and following independent advice, the Board of the subsidiary has taken the very difficult decision that it will be filing a notice of intention for administration.

At the same time, it will seek interest in the sale of the business and its assets.
