Do you have any experience or best practices on configurable CRM ? We have a CRM that's difficult to configure (too many rules, xml…) and we want to start from scratch. My task is to bring an easy way to configure the application for our customer success managers.
The application should allow to create configurable fields to extend the default business objects, workflow management, review management…
Not looking for solution but mostly best practices, things to avoid, resources?
