I am trying to gauge the value of a simple CRM add-on.

Imagine a customer is trying to buy a gift for their friends/acquaintances, but don't know what to buy from your website. The add-on can send an email/referral link to that friend with a simple survey/list that will gauge their preferences.

Customers win because they can buy a more appreciated gift. This will hypothetically decrease the number of gift returns, increases amount of data collected on their customers (ie. now businesses can email birthday reminders with gift suggestions for the birthday boy/girl), and also allows customers to build stronger relationships with their friends.

Any thoughts/feedback would be greatly appreciated!
