I work for a small surveillance and telephony company. We are looking to jump into the world of CRM. tried our hand with service fusion and there were just too many "work arounds" for us to feel it is worth it. Looked into connectwise and it was far too expensive for us.
Bare bones, we would like to be able to track: -drive time both to and from jobs -hours on the job -remote service hours -customers with multiple sites -integrate with quickbooks.
I've seen open source CRMs being talked about here, but I'm hesitant just because of my lack of knowledge.
Any and all advice would be appreciated.
