Bob Scott has been covering the mid-market financial software community for nearly 30 years and has become recognized as an expert in his field. Each year since 2009, he has published his Bob Scott’s Insights’ VAR Stars list of resellers of mid-market accounting software.
Acknowledging how important cloud computing has become, the overwhelming number of firms on the list now offer cloud-based products.
We are happy to see many of our ERP Cloud Blog members named to this prestigious list.
The selection of mid-market accounting software resellers for Bob Scott’s VAR Stars is based on quality, not revenue, as the deciding factor. VARs from very small shops to the largest participants in the business have been selected. The determination of quality includes awards resellers have received, such as the Microsoft Dynamics President’s Club and Inner Circle, and the President’s Circle, Million Dollar Club, and Chairman’s Club of Sage North America. Growth, leadership in the industry, and development of important software products by the resellers are also factors in the selection. An effort was made to represent as many software publishers as possible.
